OUR MISSION STATEMENT

To preserve, stabilize, and strengthen families in our community through education, training and support.

OUR VALUES

Our commitment to serving families is the most important work in our organization. We are committed to providing a working environment and culture that places the needs of families above the needs of the organization.

All parents and children are unique and valuable individuals and should be treated with dignity and respect. They should be free from any discrimination of race, gender, religious or political affiliation, marital status, or disability.

All families have unique strengths and abilities. From time to time they may require support to affirm and enhance their strengths and  abilities.

Families receiving services should have the right to self-determination.They are agents of their own destiny, and should be empowered to act as well as become involved in evaluating the service they receive.

All families have the right to learn and express themselves in a safe, caring, nonjudgmental environment.

No one system is responsible for the child. We must work collaboratively with all relative community agencies if we are are to be successful in helping families.
